How to choose rim tape for mountain bike wheels?

  • Wheel diameters for adult bikes: 26"; 27.5"; 27.5+ and 29".

Which rim tape for my wheels?

There are few factors to take into account when making your choice: simply check the diameter of the wheel and the internal width of your rim to make sure it covers well.

Remember: if you have a tubeless wheel, the rim base is already perfectly smooth, so there's no need to use a rim tape, even if you temporarily opt for an inner-tube set-up.
