Once your order is on its way, our logistics team does its utmost to get it to you as quickly as possible. We offer this fast service at a competitive price, with no hidden charges!

In concrete terms, our logistics team will process your order within a day, as long as all items are in stock. 

Orders are shipped from our logistics center in France. 

We only deliver to Metropolitan France.

What are the delivery costs?

For orders of €100 or more, we offer free delivery to your home or to a "point relais".

For deliveries in Belgium, the delivery charge is €7.99 for home delivery.

Damage in transit

As soon as you receive your order, please check that the package is intact and complete. If there is any visible damage, please refuse to accept it.

If this is not possible, first take photos of the damage and keep the carton. Then contact our team immediately on contact form or by calling 04 51 42 04 19.
 You must have proof of the damage as soon as possible, to avoid losing your right to claim a refund.

If you have not made a claim or contacted us, this has no effect on the legal guarantee to which you are entitled. Proof of your claim will help us to assert our own rights against the transport service or transport insurance.
