How to choose a bike cover?

A few simple precautions will help you make the right choice. Even a top-of-the-range model needs to be well adapted to your bike and your use in order to play its part!

Always check that the dimensions of the bag are compatible with your bike, especially if it's a hard case. Remember that to transport your bike in a hard or semi-hard case, you'll need to dismantle certain components.

Don't underestimate the weight of rigid carrying cases. They can weigh over 10 kg! Choose the lightest models with smooth, silent wheels. Call your airline to find out about hold weight limits and avoid unpleasant surprises at the airport!

If you opt for a soft protective cover, check that it is waterproof and UV-resistant. We recommend models with a rigid bottom and mini feet. You'll be able to slide your bike easily into the cover without risking damage to the frame.
