ERGON SM Pro Men's Saddle S/M stealth

Used by world marathon champion Alban Lakatathe ERGON SM PRO S/M saddle is the most comfortable model in the German brand's SM range, suitable for long mountain bike rides. It is offered here in size S/M, for riders with a 9 to 12 cm gap between the ischial bones.

At 269 mm long, this model features a Y-shaped anatomical design, thin on the nose and wide at the rear to ensure good pressure distribution across the entire seat, to avoid sore spots. Compatible with the mountain-bike position, its fairly flat profile and sidewall covering allow total freedom of movement, as well as reducing friction when pedaling.

A special feature of this saddle is its central decompression channel, hollowed out and perforated to provide maximum relief for the perineal area by transferring loads to the ischials and pubic arch. Above all, it uses light, supple AirCell orthopedic foam padding, with OrthoCell® inserts (lighter and more resistant than gel) on either side of the central channel, for added support to the ischial bones.

In this Pro version, the SM saddle is built around a nylon shell mounted on TiNox rails, an alloy of stainless steel and titanium. It also features a microfiber cover.
