Returns

You don't like your item or the size doesn't fit?

Although we make every effort to improve our item descriptions and sizing information, it may happen that a size, color or style does not fit. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, with tags and unwashed.

You have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep your item or return it to us. Please note that we only take back unused, clean items that show no signs of use.

The item must be returned in its original condition, with its tags and unwashed.

No exchanges possible!

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change the size and/or color of your item, you must make a standard return and place a new order. Your item in the right size and/or color will arrive even faster!

Are returns free?

No. You are responsible for return shipping costs. As a service, we offer you a PROBIKESHOP return label to print out. 5 will be deducted from your refund. (Please note that we are unable to offer this service for French overseas departments).

Refund period.

It can take up to 14 days (after the parcel has been deposited) for a return to be processed before you receive a refund. Of course, we do our utmost to keep this period as short as possible. You will receive a refund confirmation by e-mail. This may take a few days, depending on the payment method selected.

Warranty procedure

In the event of a warranty claim, we're right there with you! We'll be with you every step of the way. We've put together all the information you need for the rest of the process on our warranty page.
