How does the loyalty program work?
Our loyalty program is simple: you earn points with every purchase. 1 spent (excluding shipping) on Probikeshop is 1 point in your kitty.
Then redeem your points for vouchers, discounts and gifts.
How can I join the loyalty program?
It's automatic. As soon as you place an order, you earn points.
You can then view your points balance directly in your customer account.
How does the points system work?
Each euro spent (excluding shipping costs) gives you 1 point. You can check your points balance in your customer area.
You can then exchange your points for discount vouchers or gifts.
Can points expire?
Points expire 12 months after their acquisition date.
Where can I check my available points?
You can check your available points directly in your customer area.
My purchase does not appear on my points balance. What should I do?
If your order appears in your order history, check that your purchase is more than 14 days old.
If this is not the case, it's normal: your points are "on hold" until the deadline has passed.
Do I earn points for all my purchases?
All purchases earn you points at a rate of 1 point per 1 euro spent.
However, purchases made with a gift card do not earn points.
Why do I have pending points?
Your points are credited to your account 14 days after your purchase.
Before this 14-day period has passed, your points appear as "pending" in your customer area.
What happens if I cancel or receive a refund for all or part of my order?
If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, your pending points will be automatically cancelled.
If you decide to return or cancel part of your order, the pending points of the items concerned will be deducted.
Points for items you have saved will be credited 14 days after your order.
How can I use my points?
Depending on how many points you have, you can redeem your points for discount vouchers.
How do I know which benefit(s) I'm entitled to?
You can consult your benefits in your customer area.
The benefits available are linked to your number of points.
They will therefore evolve according to your purchases ;-)

All coupon codes are available in your Customer Account, under the "Coupons" tab.
