MAXXIS REKON 29x2.60 Exo Tubeless Ready Soft Tanwall tire

Inspired by the Ikon, the MAXXIS Rekon MTB tire 29x2.6" Exo SkinWall Tubeless Ready with flexible rod is, like its predecessor, designed for competition Cross-Countrybut is designed for highly technical terrain requiring greater grip and performance. Its higher lugs are also larger and less numerous than those of the Ikon.

Featuring a robust 60 tpi carcass, this version is fitted with the Dual tread compound, which enhances performance. This combines two types of rubber: a hard underlay and a softer surface, for a controlled ride.

In this Tubeless Ready version, which can be fitted with or without an inner tube, the tire is also equipped with Exo reinforcement on the sidewalls, providing extra protection against abrasion and tearing.
