Designed to cope with the variable conditions of World Cup Downhill tracks, the tire MAXXIS Shorty 27.5x2.40 WT Exo 3C Tubeless Ready with soft bead is extremely versatile, making it equally at home on dry, mixed or muddy terrain.

Robust and with greater volume than the Wet Scream, the MAXXIS Shorty features large, slightly offset sideblocks for great stability in turns, even at high speed.

The tread, with its widely-spaced blocks, ensures efficient evacuation of stones and mud, while its square shape guarantees biting braking. The triple compound MaxxTerra tread compound offers an excellent compromise, with better traction and more grip than MaxxSpeed, and higher performance than MaxxGrip.

In this version, it features Exo sidewall reinforcement for enhanced protection against abrasion and tearing, and can be fitted with or without an inner tube. What's more, the carcass has been optimized for mounting on rims with an internal width of 35 mm.
