The SHIMANO G03S organic brake pads brake pads are designed for disc brakes of the XTR, XT, SLX and Alfine disc brakes disc brakes.
Their resin trim gives them more bite than metal pads, and they're quieter too. They replace models G02S models with a quieter, more wear-resistant resin.
