Your responsibilities
As a member of our Customer Relations team, you will be the main point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for
- Pre-sales technical advice: you will guide customers in their choices (transmission compatibility, choice of frame, housing standard, etc.) by telephone and chat.
- Order follow-up: you will ensure that purchases run smoothly and inform customers about the shipment of their equipment.
- After-sales & returns management: you analyze after-sales technical issues, validate returns and find rapid solutions to get our customers back on the road as quickly as possible.
- Multitasking environment: you'll juggle the phone, chat and various tools with agility to deliver a seamless experience.
Your profile
- Technical expertise: you have an excellent knowledge of components and the specifics of the cycle world.
- Commercial acumen: you like to listen, advise and satisfy. The customer is at the heart of your concerns.
- People skills: you're a good listener, patient and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit: you enjoy solving problems on your own, but also appreciate the emulation of a close-knit team.
