How to fit MTB bar ends?
Fitting this component is relatively straightforward. Here is how to do it easily on your MTB.

Steps
Reminder: Since bar ends are installed at the end of the MTB handlebar, it is important to leave enough space when fitting the rest of the components of your cockpit (gear shifters, suspension controls and dropper seatpost lever, brake levers...).
- Slide the bar ends onto the handlebar.
Probikeshop tip: If your handlebar or bar end is carbon, fit everything using specific anti-seize grease. - Tighten the bolts just enough to be able to pivot the bar ends so as to adjust the angle.
- Get on the bike then adjust the angle until you find the position that feels most comfortable.
- Tighten the bolts to the torque specified by the manufacturer.
After your first ride on your bike, check the tightening.
