Description

Very easy to use, the SIS Go Hydro effervescent tablets provide an electrolyte-rich anti-cramp drink that ensures maximum hydration during exercise without adding extra calories.

One tablet dissolved in 500 ml of water supplies your body with all the electrolytes lost during exercise to maintain optimal hydration. To maximise the effects of the drink, it is recommended to drink 500 ml 3 to 4 hours before your training or competition, 250 to 500 ml 2 hours before the start, then approximately 500 ml per hour of effort.

The Go Hydro tablets come in a tube of 20, allowing you to prepare a total of 10 litres of drink.
