The CONTINENTAL GRAND PRIX 5000 700x30c TubeType Soft Tire is the successor to the highly acclaimed Grand Prix 4000S II. The German brand has designed a product that can be used for both training and racing, on Road wet or dry.
Consisting of three layers, the Grand Prix 5000 is designed to combine performance, grip and resistance, without forgetting comfort. For a long-lasting Road the tire is designed with Lazer Grip technology. This set of small structures on the side of the tire ensures maximum grip, even when cornering. Road wet. For optimum performance, Continental uses its Black Chill rubber.
As for comfort and resistance, the GP 5000 uses the Active Comfort system, which absorbs vibrations, while the Vectran protection, designed with synthetic fibers, makes the tire highly resistant to punctures, with controlled weight.
