The CONTINENTAL GRAND PRIX 5000 700x32c TubeType Soft Tire is the successor to the highly acclaimed Grand Prix 4000S II. The German brand has designed a product that can be used for both training and racing, and on Road wet or dry.
Consisting of three layers, the Grand Prix 5000 is designed to combine performance, grip and resistance, not to mention comfort. For a long-lasting Road the tire is designed with Lazer Grip technology. This set of small structures on the side of the tire ensures maximum grip even when cornering. Road wet conditions. For optimum performance, Continental has reworked its Black Chill technology.
In terms of comfort and resistance, the GP 5000 uses Active Comfort to absorb vibrations, while the Vectran Breaker, designed with synthetic fibers, makes the tire highly resistant to punctures at a controlled weight.
