Perfect for training on a home trainer or outdoors, the GARMIN HRM Dual Cardio Belt transmits your heart rate data in real time.
Via ANT+® protocol and Bluetooth® technology, the heart rate monitor belt enables you to receive your data directly on your GARMIN device, as well as on applications such as Zwift. Some gyms even have compatible equipment.
The data you receive is not only real-time, but also extremely accurate and consistent, making it more reliable for building your workouts and improving your performance. The package consists of a comfortable, flexible and adjustable belt and an HRM-Dual monitor. The latter is detachable and can be washed separately.
As for autonomy, the battery is designed to be replaced after 3.5 years, which should give you plenty of time to complete a few workouts.
