Visit Industry Nine Hydra hubs hubs are the heart of your wheelset, and literally everything revolves around them. Each classic mountain hub is manufactured from start to finish in our machine shop in Asheville, North Carolina. From stock 7075-T6 aluminum turning and milling bars for shells, axles and caps, A2 wire-cut EDM tool steel for pawls and drives, to our own in-house anodizing lab, every step of the design, engineering, manufacturing and assembly is done on premises to our exacting standards.
