MAXXIS REKON 29x2.25 Exo 3C MaxxSpeed Tubeless Ready Soft Black tire

Inspired by the Ikon, the MAXXIS Rekon tire 29x2.25 Exo 3C MaxxSpeed Tubeless Ready with flexible rod is, like its predecessor, designed for competition Cross-Countrybut is designed for highly technical terrain requiring greater grip and control. Its higher studs are also larger and less numerous than those of the Ikon.

Featuring a soft 120 tpi carcass, this version is fitted with the triple 3C MaxxSpeed tread compound for enhanced performance. Three types of tread compound are combined: a hard underlay and two softer tread compounds on the surface, particularly on the sides, to ensure better grip for the side studs.

In this Tubeless Ready version, which can be fitted with or without an inner tube, the tire is also equipped with Exo reinforcement on the sidewalls, providing extra protection against abrasion and tearing.
