ROTOR Q-RING Direct Mount 11-Speed Oval Single Chainring

The ROTOR Q-Rings Direct Mount 11-speed single chainring is designed for cyclists accustomed to oval chainrings, which require a specific pedalling technique. Perfect for Gravel and Cyclocross, this chainring also suits any rider looking to improve their pedalling motion.

Thanks to their special oval shape (12.5% ovality), they help reduce the dead spot effect when the cranks are perpendicular. Power transfer is also improved when the cranks are parallel to the road, in their most favourable position for the cyclist's push. 

This ROTOR Q-Rings chainring has the advantage of a direct mount system, which eliminates the need for a spider and its fixing hardware. Weight is therefore reduced and fitting is made easier, without compromising material durability. It is made from heat-treated 7075-T6 aluminium with very careful CNC machining. The tooth design is also optimised to ensure the best possible chain retention.

Finally, it is worth noting that this ROTOR chainring uses OCP (Optimum Chainring Position) technology, which allows the cyclist to fine-tune — in one-degree increments — their position, to best adapt it to their individual pedalling style and personal feel.
