INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1/ Identify source of perforation and remove debris or source of perforation.
2/ Remove the tool from your bars using a 4 mm Allen key. (If the tool is preloaded, skip to step 5) Start by using the tool's built-in serrated reamer to clean up the hole and ensure a perfect seal.
3/ If the puncture requires the medium or larger bits, ream the hole several times with the serrated part of the tool, making sure to use a 45-degree angle and to follow the direction of the tire so as not to damage your tubeless tape or the tire wall!
4/ Now take a tire bit (you may need to use the tool to help you get the bits out). The largest size is for MTB tires, the medium for Gravel tires and the smallest for Road tires, but you can choose the one that best suits the size of your hole. Now pinch one end of the bit firmly between your fingers to flatten it (if you're using the fine bit, thread it through the tip at the end of the tool, not through the wider main slot).
5/ Pass through the gap at the end of the tool so that the bit is now centered on the tool.
6/ Locate the puncture hole, then insert the tool into the hole (at a 45-degree angle, following the direction of the tire to ensure you don't damage your tubeless tape or the tire wall!) until the drill bit is about halfway into the tire. Make sure the ends of the worm stay outside the tire.
7/ Slowly turn the tool a few turns clockwise to rotate the worm inside the tire, and pull slowly upwards to remove it - leaving the worm in your tire and the hole plugged.
8/ Re-inflate the tire to the desired pressure. (We recommend a maximum of 80 PSI on a road bike).
9/ Finally, using the knife, carefully trim the ends of the wick. We suggest you stand on the opposite side of your bike from the drive wheel and cut away from the bike. Cut the plugs so that a minimum of 3 to 5 mm still protrudes from the tire. (Caution - this knife is very sharp, so use it with care and always cut away from your body and not too close to your fingers!
10/ Now you're ready to roll!

WARNING
▲ Keep out of reach of children
▲ The knife has very VERY TRANCHANT EDGES, use with caution
