Discover TA ENERGY energy gums Made in France gums, specially designed to support athletes during training and competition.

Our gums are composed of high-glycemic index carbohydrates (glucose), electrolytes (sodium, potassium) and enriched with vitamin C to provide fast, controlled energy. They are an excellent alternative to energy gels.

Each sachet contains 3 gummies, for a total of around 100 kcal, with 24 grams of carbohydrates (around 8 grams per candy). Some flavors, such as cola, blood orange-pomegranate, cranberry-apple and blackcurrant, also contain caffeine, up to 50 mg per sachet.

Their practical packaging allows for flexible use: each gum can be consumed independently, enabling you to tailor your energy intake precisely. What's more, their compact format makes them easy to carry and share with your training partners.

Informations techniques

For optimal use of TA gummies, we recommend either consuming all 3 gummies over 45 to 60 minutes of exercise (one gum every 15 to 20 minutes), or incorporating them into an exercise nutrition strategy, alternating between solid and liquid intake, i.e. using the gummies alongside an exercise gel or drink.

Chewable for rapid availability, or meltable for slower, more regular absorption of nutrients, gum will meet your needs.
