I've been a Probikeshop+ customer for as long as they've existed, I've made around €10,000 worth of purchases at Probikeshop over the years, I've recommended this superb site dozens of times with top service... ... . "The case covers a range of smartphone sizes, so we have to tinker to adapt it to the size of ours so that the device is well wedged in the holder. Otherwise, very good on the bike, especially as it can be put on the handlebars as well as the stem. Can also be simply slipped into a jersey pocket, so the smartphone will be even better sheltered."

Good product if you change the support

"The rubber-band fastening is totally ineffective on a city bike (not tested on a road bike): as the holder has to be tilted for it to be readable (upright position of the cyclist), it pivots around the handlebars due to the weight of the phone and vibrations (samsung galaxy a40). Incidentally, the first one I received was delivered with a manufacturing defect (one of the three rear rivets was broken, replaced free of charge by PBS)".
