TheABUS BORDO ALARM 6000KA Folding Articulated Anti-Theft Lock features a powerful alarm function designed to immediately deter any theft attempt. An evolution of the 6000A model, it benefits from an improved design, a reinforced coating and an ABUS XPlus cylinder, offering optimum protection against picking. Available in 90 or 120 cm sizes, it perfectly meets the high security needs of demanding cyclists.
Its 5 mm articulated bars in specially hardened steel are wrapped in an extra-soft coating to protect the bike's paintwork. The 100 dB alarm sounds for 20 seconds in the event of suspicious movement, before automatically resetting itself. Thanks to 3D detection, the anti-theft device detects vibrations in all dimensions, while its intelligent alarm system avoids unwanted triggering caused by simple light shocks.
