VITTORIA AIR-LINER LIGHT ROAD Anti-Pinch Foam is designed to meet the demands of modern road bikes, which are increasingly fast and place heavy demands on tubeless systems. Developed to optimize performance, this ultra-lightweight insert improves tire stability and allows riding at lower pressures, favoring speed, grip and control, especially on degraded asphalt or wet roads.

Thanks to its special formulation and hexagonal profile, Air-Liner Light Road technology provides excellent bead support and effective impact protection. Compressed when the tire is inflated to preserve performance, the foam expands in the event of a puncture to fill the internal volume and enable run-flat operation for up to 50 km. It also helps to limit the risk of rim bumping.

Adopted by professional teams, this solution offers measurable gains in burping resistance and enhanced reliability. Lightweight, with only 29 to 40 g extra per wheel, it integrates perfectly with modern tubeless assemblies and completes the Vittoria road ecosystem.
