Description
The Avian Cadence crankset is designed to deliver maximum power transfer on the BMX Race track. Built in 2 pieces with hollow 7075-T6 aluminium crank arms, it combines excellent torsional stiffness with low weight, ensuring explosive starts from the gate and efficient acceleration out of corners.
Its heat-treated 24 mm chromoly axle provides proven strength against the stresses of jumps and heavy landings. Combined with a standard 4-bolt spider (104 BCD) and available in a wide choice of lengths, it is an excellent option for riders seeking performance and reliability.
What type of bottom bracket should be used with this crankset? It is compatible with any external bottom bracket for a 24mm spindle (BSA Euro, BB86 Pressfit, etc., depending on your frame’s threading).
Is this crankset suitable for young riders? The Cadence range is aimed more at Expert XL, Pro and Adult categories, with crank arms from 165mm and a 24mm spindle.
