Description

Very easy to use, the SIS Go Hydro effervescent tablets allow you to obtain an anti-cramp drink rich in electrolytes ensuring maximum hydration during exercise without providing any extra calories.

One tablet dissolved in 500 ml of water provides your body with all the electrolytes lost during exercise in order to maintain optimal hydration. To maximise the effects of the drink, it is recommended to drink 500 ml 3 to 4 hours before your training or competition, 250 to 500 ml 2 hours before the start, then approximately 500 ml per hour of effort.

The Go Hydro tablets are available in a tube of 20, allowing a total of 10 litres of drink to be prepared.

Does the job and is effective against cramps

"Dissolves easily. Lemon taste is not too strong, so it can be mixed with all syrups. I don't respect the dose. I use one tablet for 1. 5 liters to 2 liters with a little syrup. Very effective for hydrating and preventing cramps, and even making them disappear. Not too expensive and effective".
