Very practical to use effervescent tablets SIS Go Hydro effervescent tablets drink anti-cramp rich in electrolytes for maximum hydration during exercise without adding calories.

One tablet dissolved in 500 ml of water provides your body with all the electrolytes eliminated during exercise to maintain optimal hydration. To maximize the drink's effects, we recommend you drink 500 ml 3 to 4 hours before your training or competition, 250 to 500 ml 2 hours before the start, then around 500 ml per hour of exercise.

Go Hydro tablets are available in tubes of 20, enabling you to prepare a total of 10 liters of drink.

Does the job and is effective against cramps

"Dissolves easily. Lemon taste is not too strong, so it can be mixed with all syrups. I don't respect the dose. I use one tablet for 1. 5 liters to 2 liters with a little syrup. Very effective for hydrating and preventing cramps, and even making them disappear. Not too expensive and effective".
