Reviews

Avoid

"Front mounted, After a few months of use on forest type paths not very committed, coupling sensation, noisy, braking efficiency more than average, I'm going to change them before even wearing half, no confidence for a more severe use in bikepark or enduro."

Basile74 (1/5)

For flawless braking

"Top pads for top braking! From start to finish they never falter."

Robyfa (5/5)

Disappointed

"The pads do the job as far as braking is concerned. On the other hand, they're not perfectly matched to the E4 caliper, which floats slightly in it and causes an unpleasant parasitic noise."

T-Fuel (2/5)

Do as advertised

"Brakes well but melt at speed gd V. ... . I manage to get a tiny bit of fadding after 10min of toc descents in steep terrain. (85kg). I'll take the one below next time for less wear ;)"

Bybidge (4/5)

GALFER HOPE E4 inserts

"package received promptly, pads mounted good bite and not noisy on dry ground, wait to see on wet ground, very satisfied compared to the original"

Rodvil (5/5)

Finding no

"Finding no bite with my E4 race, I opted for the Pro version, which ultimately offers nothing more than Hope-badged organics, apart from a good margin at fading."

Pumpkinr (2/5)

Pro version: Disappointed

"They're expensive They wear out very, very quickly (smoked in 1 month on the front!!!compared to 6 months with metal Shimano IceTech) They eat the disc (Hope semi-floating 203 mm now well marked while it was almost new 1 month ago) I do not feel the difference with the Advanced (test 48 hours apart on the same descent of 700 m of vertical drop at 25-30% slope) But on the other hand perfectly quiet (well that's not enough to achieve the 2nd star called "fair")."

John1234 (1/5)

Super braking

"Very good value for money. I've tried the range and for me they're the best. Effective when cold, do not lose their qualities on long braking. Progressive and violent if necessary."

Endurocube (5/5)

High-performance

"Mounted in place of the original organics. night and day in terms of power. perfect for stopping my 115 kilos.... of course the wear and tear goes with it.... but never mind"

Riderbugiste (5/5)

good product

"I bought these pads in the pro version, which brake very well in wet and dry conditions, but because there is a but, they whistle when braking with little pressure".
