"A very high-quality product with a beautiful finish"
"Excellent and just as precise as the 10-50. I hope it lasts just as long. It was easy to set up with the older Eagle derailleur model I used with the 10-50, and it works great with the 10-52. The 10-52 is really great; with a 34-tooth chainring, I get less tired on steep or long climbs. An excellent product."
"Really nice, very lightweight, and easy to install. A great addition to my bike."
"I use it in XCO racing with an XX1 chain and an XO derailleur. It's SRAM Eagle, so it works great when everything is set up right (derailleur hanger alignment, limit stops, tension screws, and cable tension). It's impressively light. It’s -very- expensive but top-notch."
"Great product—lightweight, sturdy, and the price is right, too!"
"Excellent for top-level performance, but the product is too expensive and doesn't justify the price difference compared to the model in the lower price range."
"2,800 km of XC riding, and I rotate through three chains every 200 km. The measured wear on these chains is still at 25%. It costs a fortune, that’s true, but even though I push it like crazy, it doesn’t budge. I don’t regret being so meticulous about cleaning it systematically after every ride with the right tool. And the products that go with it: high-end oil and degreaser."
"As a replacement for an NX 11-50 cassette, which is more efficient on rolling terrain and lighter—even if that isn't the main selling point—it also looks good."
"Great product—it weighs exactly the same as the other X1 cassette, but it's cheaper, so I don't see the point of the price difference."
"I mainly ride in the mountains, and for me, the 32/42-tooth setup is a real struggle because I’m not as fit as I was in my 20s, and I can’t fit a double chainring on my bike. I had to replace the entire drivetrain because nothing is compatible with the SRAM XX1—which is a shame, because now I have an 11-speed drivetrain for sale, and the upgrade came at a cost! In practice, it’s great—I finally have a bike that I’ll be able to ride up my mountain peaks more easily with a good gear ratio and very smooth shifting; it’s very enjoyable. As for wear and tear, I won’t comment on that yet—we’ll see over time."
