Description

Designed for MTBs equipped with a Sunrace or Sram 12-speed drivetrain (NX version), the 12-speed SUNRACE CSMZ90 cassette offers an extremely competitive price at the cost of a few extra grams. This steel and aluminium cassette is therefore an interesting option for the budget-conscious rider who needs to replace their equipment.

In this 2 Spider version, the sprockets are connected to each other by two aluminium spiders, for an ideal balance between light weight, strength and reliability. This cassette is perfectly suited to a single-chainring setup.

The options quickly narrow down

"Your options are quickly limited when it comes to Hyperglide CRL cassettes. Sunrace offers this great alternative that’s compatible with my SRAM 12-speed drivetrain and lighter than their PG model—I’ve ridden 200 km so far and everything’s fine; the gears shift smoothly, even under heavy load! Happy with the purchase—see you in 1,000 km!?"

Good value for money

"The gears shift smoothly; after 2,500 miles of mountain biking, the cassette is still in great shape."

Jmig11 (5/5)

Good value for money

"A great cassette, mounted on a second set of wheels. I got it because I didn't have an XD body. It's just a tiny bit less smooth than an XO1, but it's still really good."

Jujubikerider (4/5)

Correct

"There's a slight amount of side-to-side play, but that doesn't prevent the gears from shifting."

Works great

"It works great. Just need to increase the weight a bit, and it'll be perfect."

Jppaucard (4/5)

A really good cassette

"Excellent 12-speed cassette. It's a good choice for switching to a single chainring setup with 12 speeds. We'll see how it holds up over time."
