Description

The SHIMANO 12V CN-M7100 chain has been specially designed for Shimano 12-speed MTB and road drivetrains in single or double chainring versions. It has also been specially designed for use with Dynamic Chain Engagement+ chainrings .

This model features a firmer hold on the chainring with an extension on the end of the inner plates. It benefits from Sil-Tec treatment on the inner plates, improving durability and reducing friction for much smoother gear changes. Its design ensures smooth gear changes and great robustness. What's more, it features a simple and effective Quick-Link quick-release system.

I received this chain loose in a plastic bag with a label stuck on it mentioning the chain ref. Strange. I fitted this chain and checked it with my gauge, and it's already showing 50% wear.
