Description

Handmade in Germany, the CONTINENTAL Terra Speed ProTection 700x35c tire Tubeless Ready Flexible is a robust model that performs well on all types of terrain. It features a fast tread pattern, with light studs that preserve performance.

The Terra Speed is built around a 240 tpi carcass (4-ply 60 tpi) under the tread and 180 tpi (3-ply 60 tpi) in the sidewalls. It benefits from top-of-the-range Black Chili rubber, which meets the highest standards of grip, performance and longevity.

The Gravel Terra Speed benefits from the ProTection system, which covers the tread and sidewalls to greatly reduce the risk of cuts and punctures (even at low pressures). This protection doesn't make the carcass heavier, and even adds useful cushioning on the toughest trails.

Another strong point of this product is that it can be fitted without an inner tube, thanks to the Tubeless Ready, technology, further reducing the risk of punctures.

"Mounted on a gravel, excellent performance, traction and comfort. Strong for the type of gravel in my area. Depending on the pressure used, can be very fast on compact ground to very supple on rougher ground. 1000km without a puncture on tubeless. I'll probably try a 40mm size next time to see if I can gain even more softness without losing too much performance".
