Designed for versatile MTB riding (trail, All Mountain), these CRANKBROTHERS Double Shot 3 hybrid pedals have as their primary quality being hybrid: they can accommodate clipless shoes to promote pedalling efficiency, or be used like a traditional flat pedal, when the technicality of the terrain demands the ability to put a foot down at will!
Another quality: they also feature wider axles, which allow the Q-Factor to be increased by 5 mm, taking it from 52 to 57 mm, and are therefore aimed at mountain bikers with a wide hip stance: this allows them to pedal more comfortably and gives them better control on descents. These Double Shot 3 pedals feature a ribbed platform incorporating no fewer than eight pins, as well as adhesive lateral clips that promote grip in all circumstances! They are also equipped with premium annular bearings, ultra smooth and of superior durability!
Performing and effective on both sides, they are aimed at riders who enjoy varying their MTB experiences!

"Nice finish but not practical. Little grip on the flat side and tend to always turn over on the clip side. Suitable for soft use, not for enduro."
"Very practical pedal. Depending on the terrain, you can ride without clipping. For my part, I'm a little disappointed with the clipless side. I don't think it grips the shoe well enough."
"These pedals lasted a year before the platform came loose from its axle. After refurbishing them with a kit made for them, they broke again after 8 months. Efficient but not durable pedals".
"Perfect, allows you to have only one pair of pedals depending on whether you ride with or without the cleats."
"Top quality as always from crank, however it takes a little time to adapt to clip unlike those that do not have the flat part (Mallet dh and enduro)".
"I've had them in hand, and have seen the beautiful quality of these pedals. The pimples + grip coating seem more efficient than my oremiere generation funn mamba, as does the slight curvature of the pedal. But I had to send them back because I hadn't clearly understood that they're not SPD compatible. So I tapped my funn to add pimples, and it does the trick."
"Stall a bit hard no adjustment it's a bit of a shame"
"+: quality, rotation locked on the pedal axle without pressure. -: limited width of pedals when used without cleats".
"Very good pedals. The flat side offers good grip thanks to the adjustable spikes and the SPD side holds the shoe well but needs time to break in, the first clips are quite tricky."
