CUSHCORE XC Anti-Pinch Foam Insert

The CUSH CORE XC 29" Anti-Pinch Tyre Foam Insert 33/46 mm width represents an innovative solution that is as reliable, durable and high-performing as it is quick and easy to install, for Gravel or Cyclocross.

Designed to be used with a Tubeless Ready rim and tyre, this product allows riding at very low pressures — for optimal traction and grip — while maintaining an excellent level of efficiency and maximum puncture protection.

This foam provides total comfort by absorbing virtually all shocks and considerably reducing vibrations, without altering tyre behaviour or its rolling efficiency. Reliability is also assured since this system, in addition to eliminating pinch flats, significantly reduces the risk of tyre burping.

Installing in just a few seconds, this foam occupies 50% of the tyre volume and acts as a damper, while the remaining 50% of volume in the form of air acts as a spring, which you can adjust according to your build, riding style and/or terrain. 

As with a Tubeless Ready tyre, it is recommended to use sealant to prevent punctures from thorns and ensure a perfect seal.

This foam is available here in a version for 29" tyres, with a section between 33 and 46 mm and an internal rim width of 19 to 26 mm. A 44 mm Presta valve is included.
