CUSHCORE XC Anti-Pinch Foam

The Anti-Trap Foam for CUSH CORE XC 29" Tires 33/46 mm wide is an innovative solution for Gravel and Cyclocross that's as reliable, durable and high-performance as it is quick and easy to install.

Intended for use with Tubeless Ready rims and tires, this product allows you to ride at very low pressures - for optimum traction and grip - while maintaining excellent performance and maximum protection against punctures.

This foam provides total comfort by absorbing almost all shocks and considerably reducing vibrations, without altering the tire's behavior or performance. Reliability is also a key factor, since this system not only eliminates pinch punctures, but also greatly reduces the risk of dejamming.

Installed in just a few seconds, this foam occupies 50% of the tire's volume, acting as a shock absorber, while the remaining 50% volume in the form of air acts as a spring, which you can adjust to suit your size, riding style and/or terrain. 

As with Tubeless Ready tires, we recommend the use of preventive fluid to avoid thorn punctures and ensure a perfect seal.

This foam is offered here in a version designed for 29" tires, with cross-sections from 33 to 46 mm and internal rim widths from 19 to 26 mm. A 44 mm Presta valve is included.
