Designed for committed Enduro riding or DH/Freeride, the DT Swiss EX 1700 CLASSIC rear wheel combines robustness, precision and efficiency to tackle the most demanding terrain. Its asymmetric welded aluminium rim offers an excellent compromise between stiffness and durability, whilst optimising the bike's dynamic behaviour. Compatible with Tubeless Ready, it improves grip and comfort on technical sections.

This wheel features the DT Swiss 350 hub equipped with the Ratchet DEG 72 system, ensuring fast power transmission thanks to its 72 points of engagement. This technology improves acceleration out of corners and provides more direct speed in technical and punchy sections. The DT Swiss DF technology reduces the kick-back effect by releasing chain tension directly into the freehub. This lightweight and adjustable system improves the bike's behaviour on descents with smoother, more natural handling.

The build uses DT competition® race spokes paired with a three-cross lacing pattern, offering excellent resistance to stress whilst keeping weight in check. Its design targets intensive use in bike parks, enduro or committed all-mountain riding.

Compatible with several axle and freehub body standards, the EX 1700 CLASSIC also benefits from E-Bike Ready approval up to 250 W. Its internal profile of 30 mm optimises the retention of wide tyres for better stability and greater control on descents.
