Description
Designed specifically for Gravel and big adventures, the rear wheel DT SWISS GRC 1400 Spline 30 700c The DT SWISS GRC Spline rear wheel is as powerful as it is rugged when you're out on the toughest terrain.
Characterized by sobriety, with classic mounting, streamlined hubs and minimalist graphics, this wheel is built around a solid, aerodynamic 30mm high-end carbon rim to save time and energy on long rides. This model provides optimum support for wide gravel tires for optimal comfort and grip on the trails, especially with its tubeless mounting.
The GRC 1400 features the 240 hub, which is extremely light and precise for exemplary durability. It is compatible with various rear axles thanks to its removable cups, and can be mounted in Cassette Shimano 10/11 speeds or Sram 12 speeds. What's more, it can be fitted with standard discs. Centerlock.
Aero+ technology optimizes drag, handling and efficiency. These marginal gains mean extra free speed for you!
The Pro Lock® process is a patented two-component liquid adhesive which is injected onto the nut thread, enabling extremely reliable wheel mounting. As soon as the nuts are tightened, the two-component adhesive begins to react, and is completely dry after 6-7 hours. The wheel can be completely exposed several times, but the adhesive effect diminishes with each operation.
Top-quality bearing technology is installed in all DT Swiss 1400 wheels. Cyclists benefit from low rolling resistance and extended durability.
This wheel is compatible with tubeless technology. Tubeless tires offer many advantages over the traditional tube/tire combination: the tire can be less inflated, without the risk of pinching, providing better grip and greater riding comfort.
