Description

The DYNAMIC Double Checker is a precision measuring tool designed to simplify the maintenance of your bike. It fulfils two critical functions: measuring the elongation of your chain and checking the thickness of your brake discs.

A worn chain can quickly damage your cassette and chainrings, while discs that are too thin compromise your safety. With this robust stainless steel tool, you know exactly when to replace your components to guarantee optimal performance and extend the service life of your equipment.

Why measure my chain at 0.5% or 0.75%? At 0.5%, it is recommended to change the chain on 11–13 speed drivetrains to avoid wearing the cassette. At 0.75%, the wear is such that the sprockets on your cassette begin to deteriorate prematurely.

Is it compatible with electric bike (E-Bike) chains? Absolutely. Electric bikes wear chains much faster due to motor torque; the Double Checker is therefore even more useful for these models.
