ERGON SC CORE PRIME M/L Women's Saddle FeC Steel Rails

The ERGON SC Core Prime saddle for women's is a very comfortable model offered by the German brand, which will be suited to urban commuting on a muscle-powered or electric bike. It is offered here in size M/L, which will suit riders whose sit bone width ranges from 12 to 16 cm.

The ergonomics engineers at the German brand took into account the feedback frequently given by female mountain bikers, in order to design a saddle suited to their anatomy and the typical position used on an electric bike.

To reduce the pressure exerted on the genital area, which is the primary cause of discomfort on the bike for women, this saddle has a wide central opening to relieve the most sensitive areas. The fairly wide nose describes a large V shape from the rear of the saddle, providing a wide support area around this opening. It is also raised further at the rear for great stability when climbing.

This saddle stands out through the combination of a hollowed central decompression channel with Core 3D technology, to maximally relieve the perineal area by transferring loads onto the sit bones and pubic arch. Above all, it uses an innovative padding Infinergy®, made up of thousands of foam particles, for maximum shock absorption and which immediately returns to its original shape. The saddle has the ability to adapt to all movements of the pelvis during pedalling, which considerably improves comfort.

In this version, the SC saddle is built around a dual nylon shell mounted on robust steel rails. It is also covered with a microfibre coating.
