ERGON SC CORE PRIME S/M Women's Saddle FeC Steel Rails

The ERGON SC Core Prime saddle for women's is a very comfortable model offered by the German brand, suitable for urban commuting on a muscle-powered or electric cycle. It is available here in size S/M, suitable for female riders whose sit bone width ranges from 9 to 12 cm.

The ergonomics engineers at the German brand took into account the feedback frequently shared by female mountain bikers to design a saddle tailored to their anatomy and the typical riding position used on electric bikes.

To reduce pressure on the genital area, which is the primary cause of discomfort on a bike for women, this saddle features a wide central opening to relieve the most sensitive areas. The fairly wide nose forms a large V-shape from the rear of the saddle, offering a wide support area around this opening. It is also more raised at the rear for great stability on climbs.

This saddle stands out through the combination of a hollowed central decompression channel with Core 3D technology, to maximally relieve the perineal area by transferring loads to the sit bones and pubic arch. Most notably, it uses an innovative padding Infinergy®, made up of thousands of foam particles, for maximum shock absorption and which immediately returns to its original shape. The saddle has the ability to adapt to all pelvic movements during pedalling, which considerably improves comfort.

In this version, the SC saddle is built around a dual nylon shell mounted on robust steel rails. It is also covered with a microfibre surface.
