Description

TheFORMULA NERO C Coil fork has been designed for riders looking for the unique feel of a coil spring and the reliability of a "fit-and-forget" fork. Ideal for bike park enthusiasts and committed downhillers, it offers smooth, consistent and predictable operation, even after days of run after run. The Nero C uses the same hydraulics as the Nero R, with independent high- and low-speed compression and rebound settings, for perfect adaptability to any terrain.

In place of the 3Air air system, the Nero C uses an internal coil spring combined with quick and easy tool-free preload adjustment. Three spring hardnesses are available - Soft, Medium and Firm - to adapt the fork to the rider's weight and style. This mechanical choice offers unrivalled sensitivity to small shocks and total consistency, with no need for air maintenance.

Formula's signature Hexagon design strikes the right balance between stiffness and flexibility. This architecture reduces the frame's natural flex, offering precise steering without sacrificing comfort. The result: a fork that's stable, responsive and forgiving, even in the roughest sections.

For maximum strength, the Nero C features the Firm system, a 20 mm through-axle with an innovative locking knob. This device simplifies wheel changes while guaranteeing optimum rigidity and safety.

Finally, Internal Floating Technology (IFT) reduces internal friction by allowing the cartridges to move independently of the frame. The Nero C Coil is the embodiment of stress-free downhill riding: simple, high-performance and incredibly smooth.
