Description

The fork FORMULA NERO C Coil was designed for riders who seek the unique feel of a coil spring and the reliability of a "fit-and-forget" fork. Ideal for bike park enthusiasts and committed descents, it delivers smooth, consistent and predictable performance, even after full days of back-to-back runs. The Nero C shares the same hydraulics as the Nero R, with independent high and low-speed compression adjustments, as well as rebound, for perfect adaptability to every terrain.

Instead of the 3Air pneumatic system, the Nero C uses an internal coil spring combined with a tool-free preload adjustment, simple and quick. Three spring rates are available — Soft, Medium and Firm — to match the fork to the rider's weight and style. This mechanical choice offers unrivalled sensitivity on small impacts and total consistency, with no need for air maintenance.

Formula's signature Hexagon design finds the right balance between stiffness and suppleness. This architecture reduces the natural flex of the chassis, offering precise steering without sacrificing comfort. The result: a stable, responsive and forgiving fork, even in the most rutted sections.

For maximum solidity, the Nero C integrates the Firm system, a 20 mm thru-axle with an innovative locking knob. This device simplifies wheel changes while guaranteeing optimal stiffness and safety.

Finally, IFT (Internal Floating Technology) reduces internal friction by allowing the cartridges to move independently of the chassis. The Nero C Coil embodies carefree descending: simple, high-performing and incredibly smooth.
