Description
Every downhill rider is looking for the perfect suspension, the one that adapts to every terrain and every speed. If such perfection doesn't exist, the FORMULA Nero R comes close, thanks to a design that offers instant adaptability. The fruit of Formula know-how, this fork combines performance, precision and customization, enabling every rider to find the ideal setting in a matter of seconds.
At the heart of the Nero R is the 3Air system, a unique technology composed of three independent air chambers: Bronze (negative), Silver (positive) and Gold (end-of-stroke progressivity). This system allows the spring curve to be sculpted to perfection, offering unrivalled sensitivity on small impacts and firm support on large ones. All this can be adjusted without tools, simply by means of a high-pressure pump, for rapid adjustment directly in the field.
On the hydraulic side, the Nero R features a sealed cartridge with independent high- and low-speed compression and rebound settings. This architecture ensures a smooth, stable and controlled response, even on the most demanding descents.
The fork structure is based on Formula's signature Hexagon design, guaranteeing a perfect balance between rigidity and flexibility. This design reduces rider fatigue while offering surgical precision in cornering and braking.
Last but not least, the Nero R features the FIRM system, a 20 mm thru-axle with counter-wheel locking, combined with IFT (Internal Floating Technology) to reduce internal friction. The result: a responsive, customizable and incredibly fluid downhill fork, ready to tackle any terrain, from bike park to the most extreme slopes.
