Description

Every downhill rider seeks the perfect suspension — one that adapts to all terrain and all speeds. While perfection may not exist, the FORMULA Nero R comes close, thanks to a design conceived to deliver instant adaptability. The product of Formula's expertise, this fork combines performance, precision and personalisation, allowing every rider to find the ideal setup in seconds.

At the heart of the Nero R lies the 3Air system, a unique technology comprising three independent air chambers: Bronze (negative), Silver (positive) and Gold (end-stroke progressiveness). This system allows you to sculpt the spring curve to perfection, offering outstanding sensitivity on small impacts and firm support on big hits. Everything can be adjusted without tools, using only a high-pressure pump, for quick tuning directly on the trail.

On the hydraulic side, the Nero R features a sealed cartridge with independent high and low-speed compression and rebound adjustments. This architecture ensures a smooth, stable and controlled response, even on the most demanding descents.

The fork's structure is built around the Hexagon design, Formula's signature, guaranteeing a perfect balance between stiffness and flexibility. This design reduces rider fatigue while offering surgical precision in corners and under braking.

Finally, the Nero R benefits from the FIRM system, a 20 mm thru-axle with counter-nut locking, combined with IFT (Internal Floating Technology) to reduce internal friction. The result: a downhill fork that is responsive, customisable and incredibly smooth, ready to tackle any terrain, from bike parks to the most extreme slopes.
