Description
The Forward Joyride chainring is the brand's accessible performance option for BMX Race. Machined from aluminium and flat-cut to ensure high precision, it features a design that increases stiffness and limits lateral flex — the main flaw of a chainring that is too flexible, resulting in power loss right when you need it most.
Its 104 mm BCD and 4-bolt mount match the most common standard on modern Race cranksets. With a thickness of 5 mm, it is above average for its category, directly contributing to its torque resistance out of the start gate.
This anodised blue version covers the widest range of tooth counts in the line-up, from 35 to 45 teeth: ideal for fitting a Mini category build as well as an Elite bike, allowing you to fine-tune your gearing tooth by tooth according to the track profile. Non-threaded drilling: remember to use a matching set of chainring bolts and nuts.
