Description

The FOX RACING SHOX 40 FLOAT FACTORY Fork is designed for the most demanding downhill (DH) competitions. Developed at the World Cup level, this fork is the ultimate choice for riders aiming for the top step of the podium. With 203 mm of travel, it offers ultra-high-performance suspension for the most technical terrain and steepest slopes.

The GRIP X2 cartridge (replacing the Grip 2) features multiple ultra-precise 4-way high- and low-speed rebound and compression adjustments, offering the best support and greatest sensitivity (increased base valve diameter to 24 mm) ever created by the brand for downhill. Riders sit higher in the travel, while tyres remain glued to the ground, offering better cornering grip. Push the limits of downhill and enduro racing, while reducing overall fatigue. Finally, the extensive custom compression and rebound adjustment possibilities will delight technicians, meticulous enduro riders and competitors. The Air Channels bypass channels increase the volume of the fork legs, reducing pressure build-up and improving small-bump absorption capacity. The Bleeders bleed valves, accessible without tools, allow easy pressure equalisation for consistently optimal suspension.

The 20 mm floating axle system ensures perfect chassis alignment, reducing friction between the upper and lower legs of the fork. In this Factory version, the Kashima treatment on the golden stanchions minimises friction and provides hyper-smooth operation of your fork.
