Description
The Giro DND Jr. II is the youth version of the legendary DND MTB glove. Specially sized to fit younger riders' hand shape, it provides all the protection, comfort and grip needed to ride MTB, BMX or pumptrack safely.
Its AX Suede™ synthetic leather palm features the 3-panel Super Fit™ cut to prevent uncomfortable bunching on the grip. The breathable stretch mesh upper ensures quick drying and great freedom of movement, while the wide wrist opening allows children to put on and take off their gloves easily and independently.
What age are these gloves suitable from? Size XS is generally suitable for children from 4 years old (or for balance bike / small bike riding), while size L is aimed at young riders up to around 12 years old before considering size S Adult.
Why choose full-finger gloves for a child? Full-finger gloves offer full protection for the fingers against abrasions in the event of a fall, friction against bushes or the ground, and provide significantly better grip on the brake levers.
