The ZIPP Vuka Aero handlebar goes further than ever by offering triathletes and time trial enthusiasts a unique aerodynamic model with a clean design and incredible adjustment possibilities.
The Vuka Aero is a lightweight unidirectional carbon handlebar that allows for more than 6,000 configurations. It is compatible with any 31.8 mm stem so you can find your ideal position. In addition, the SRAM® eTap® AXS™ BlipBox integrates fully into the central cap, for perfect aerodynamics and a clean design.
The profile used in the Vuka Aero is based on the SL-70 Aero model. The result is a UCI-approved aerodynamic and stiff handlebar. To be competitive, you need to be able to maintain an aerodynamic position throughout the entire race, regardless of the distance.
Aerobar adjustment is possible in three dimensions, each of which can be adjusted independently for a custom position. ZIPP has also added a greater range of vertical adjustment to meet the needs of the most demanding riders who want low handlebars while placing the armrests and extensions in a high position.
You can tilt them up to 10°, and the armrests can be tilted independently of the extensions at 5°, 10° or 15°. These features allow for an ultra-streamlined "hands-high" position favoured by many athletes.
The BlipBox integrates perfectly into the central cap. The bolts are positioned to be easily accessible. This design adds 5% stiffness to the handlebar. The Rapid Routing internal cable routing system™ is also designed for easy brake cable routing.
