Description

The BELL Sixer Mips helmet is the perfect model for All Mountain outings. Its shape is reassuringly protective, enveloping the back of the head.

The thickness of the variable-density EPS foam is directly fused to the polycarbonate outer shell using the in-mold process, preserving the overall weight. An inner polycarbonate skeleton is even integrated into the EPS material to increase its impact resistance. In this version, the Sixer helmet also benefits from Mips (Multi-directional impact protection system) technology, which disperses the forces of oblique impacts more effectively.

This BELL Sixter helmet features some of the best technologies devised by the American brand to improve the comfort of mountain bikers during races, such as the Float Fit adjustment system and Sweat Guide front padding. An integrated GoPro camera mount and adjustable visor complete the list of great features on this BELL helmet.

"The helmet is too fragile for mountain bike use in terms of fastenings Mips the slightest snag on the top of the helmet and the fastenings break (helmet unusable) which happened to me after two outings, the helmet is not even damaged on the outer shell".

Interior ripped out, helmet in the garbage can

"I'm unhappy because after lightly touching a low branch at low speed the inner ""basket"" on which the padding and clamping clip are glued came loose from the helmet. It was connected to the helmet by small rubber tabs which have torn off. All I have to do now is throw it in the garbage can.
