Description

The TROY LEE DESIGNS D3 Fiberlite helmet is a full-face helmet designed for MTB disciplines (Enduro/DH/Freeride), as well as for the BMX Race. It has ASTM safety certifications, essential for downhill racing. 

It differs from the D3 Composite model in the simpler design of its fiberglass shell, hence the attractive price for a slightly higher weight.
In terms of comfort, this helmet has nothing to envy from the higher-end models: it benefits from the same aerodynamic structure equipped with some twenty openings and an excellent level of ventilation during effort. Inside, an anatomically designed padded layer is in contact with the cheeks, while the highly breathable Coolmax and Dri-lex padding is removable and washable.
