Description
The POC Octal MIPS road helmet is among the most popular pieces of equipment in the professional peloton! Very light, it has a reassuring wrap-around shape. POC's characteristically oversized vents add to both the comfort and style of the cyclist.
This monocoque helmet offers enhanced protection over the occipital zone and temples. Its high-performance EPS foam layer features variable thickness/density, greater in areas particularly exposed in the event of a fall. To improve safety, this POC Octal helmet integrates the MIPS protection system, particularly effective against oblique impacts.
By perforating the shell with large openings, POC promotes not only comfort but also the aerodynamics of its helmets. And the Octal is no exception! Its Coolbest padding also contributes to good temperature regulation inside.
Designed to accommodate POC glasses, this helmet provides a dedicated storage space at the top of the forehead, so that the cyclist can remove and position them more easily on climbs!
