The tire HUTCHINSON Taipan 29x2.10 Tubeless Ready Hardskin RaceRipost XC soft bead for performance, lightness and grip.
It's versatile and perfect for mixed terrain. The lateral V-shaped studs guarantee good grip and efficient breaking-in.
It features Hardskin XC reinforcement, a high-strength nylon interlayer in the tread and sidewalls.
Puncture and tear resistance are thus superior to those of a conventional tire.
It can be used with or without an inner tube, depending on your preference, and is recommended as a rear tire for XC competition.

"Bought this to replace a Cobra on the rear that only lasted 800 km (I'm keeping the Cobra on the front). Very satisfied with its versatility. Good grip on technical climbs. The sidewalls seem durable after about 300 km. Easy to install and provides good sealing with the sealant."
