Popular with Commencal Enduro and DH teams, the tire HUTCHINSON Toro 27,5x2,35 Sideskin Tubeless Ready flexible bead is at ease on mixed to loose terrain, and is designed for hard-core riding.
The more open side lugs provide ultra-high-performance grip, while the low lugs on the tread optimize performance and facilitate mud evacuation. The sharp, abrupt edges provide excellent traction. The structural rubber that reinforces the lugs can also withstand the most powerful braking.
In this version, the HUTCHINSON Toro is equipped with Sideskin reinforcement for light, effective protection against cuts and punctures on the sidewalls.
Ideal for front mounting, the Toro 2.35 can be combined with a 2.25 at the rear (Toro, Taipan or Squale depending on the terrain) for optimum performance.

"Just what I expected—well-packaged and fast delivery"
"A great front tire for fall. Enduro / All-Mountain, DH / Freeride 27.5 x 2.35 127 TPI—that’s what it says on the HUTCHINSON label. The rubber compound isn’t specified, but it feels soft to me."
"Installed on the front wheel to replace the original Smart Sam on my wife's CUBE Reaction e-MTB, the bike has been transformed. Much better shock absorption, good traction, and great stability on muddy and/or slippery sections provide a lot of confidence during—slightly—aggressive riding. No more flats (3 from thorns with the Smart Sam—with an inner tube—over 200 km!). Easy tubeless installation and no multitude of micro-leaks during the first 48 hours, unlike the products of a certain well-known Clermont-Ferrand-based company where the customer has to finish the job themselves...
"Excellent grip. It's so versatile that I use this tire all year round."
"Easy to set up as a tubeless tire, but it loses pressure during the first few weeks. In terms of performance, the overall grip is pretty good, but I find that it loses traction without warning when cornering."
"These tires offer excellent value for the money. I'm not sure what the hardskin casing adds, but on this model, the tires have great traction for a price that's almost half as much."
"I bought this tire to get ready for the fall/winter season, when the roads quickly turn into ice rinks if you don't have the right tread. I'm really happy with it—it doesn't lose traction easily when cornering, so you feel safe."
"Wide tire with good tread for mud and rocky terrain"
"When mounted on the front wheel, pressure is 1.5 bar without an inner tube. For all-mountain riding, mud, wet conditions, or even dry terrain... it's always top-notch! It feels secure in muddy turns! Installation isn't too difficult; it snaps into place with the first pump and seats itself well. However, you need 100 ml of puncture-resistant sealant and make sure to work the sealant in thoroughly in all directions . . . very porous tire!"
